Question about eyes? 10 pts?

I was told that I have astigmatism in my left-eye. I always had nice looking eyes but with my bad vision and astigmatism my eyes look different.Some times it look like my left eye drifted alittle farther out from it’s normal position

Can Astigmatism and bad vision cause this?
