I use acuvue advance for astigmatism lenses
and the box thingy says
BC: 8.6
DIA: 14.5

and i was wondering if i could just buy acuvue advance
BC:8.7
DIA:14.00

or do i have to stick with the astigmatism lenses?

and what are some realiable stores to buy contacts online???

i have astigmatism and am wearing acuvue advance for astigmatism lenses. what i want to know is which way does the marking on the lenses go. 12 and 6, (north to south) like on a clock, or 3 to 9 (east to west)? thanks in advance.

I’m with acuvue advance for astig. at the moment, and i’ve tried purevision torics.. but are there any brand new lenses i could potentially try?
In response to Willow9 – i was basically looking for lenses that are better for my dry eye symptoms.. I found that the purevision felt like i had glass in my eyes, and the acuvue advances seem to dry out very quickly.. So something else would hopefully be better..

For one box of Acuvue Advance for Astigmatism, its .95 for 6 lenses in each box. Is that for only one eye? So for 1 years worth of contacts for ONE eye, its 4.49. Is that right?

My mom said I can’t get contact lenses because my astigmatism is too strong…she even said those Acuvue Advance Hydro clear lenses for astigmatism wouldn’t work…How can I wear contacts?
